Our story
Hello, hope you are doing well. We are a South Indian based substrate manufacturer located in the lush green coconut district of Thanjavur that are into producing and exporting natural substrate called "Cocopeat.
The initiative to manufacture this biodegradable and renewable resource was started by Mr.Rahmathullah in association with Mr.Saravanan, who had experience in making premium quality coco pith for the past 13 years. Their collaboration resulted in a successful venture setting up required infrastructure to manufacture ultra low EC premium quality Cocopeats in Thanjavur district that is renowned for its fertile lands, abundance of coconut groves and water supply ensuring continued supply of raw materials.
The factory employs around 40 people who are vital for the day to day production, transport and logistics. We have been supplying to UK & European markets for the past 6 years. We started this initiative as a part of our effort towards green supply chains and also enhance rural economy. Consistent production along with rising demand for the coco and coir products led Mr.Rahmathualla to start another unit for production of coco chips.

We adopt and adhere to stringent measures in manufacturing the compacted blocks of only (ULTRA-LOW EC EC<0.2) cocopeat with refined quality taking into account of end users' requirements and our ethical approach to selling emphasizes that we are not merely looking for clients but long term collaborators who can ensure the end uses of the coco peat, a renewable resource, are optimized.
Moreover, our total control over manufacturing process from sourcing of raw materials to disintegration of husks, drying of pith and compressing into 5 kg blocks with a de-stoner in place will ensure that the impurities like sand are eradicated.
We can export the product in containers to any part of the world from either of two sea ports : Tuticorin or Chennai which are both in close proximity to our production units. Our expertise in freight forwarding will ensure the movement of your purchase are smooth and efficient with utmost care taken to assure you of high service standards.
With our production capacity in both our units operating with full optimum, we are able to fulfil your requirements on time without any delay.
We can load 40hc containers from our factory premises and send it to you based on the incoterms of your choice (FOB/CFR). Our services include packaging & palletizing the cargo, loading onto the container, booking of freight depending on the incoterms and arranging for transport and Fumigation/Physio sanitary certificates, Certificates of origin etc.,
Our stringent quality control methods will ensure the fulfillment of your order taking into account of all factors including pricing, palletizing/packaging, transport, logistics and more importantly, uniformity in conformance to your coco peat specifications
